The Laser Academy
1. Introduction
• These terms and conditions govern the use of Linda Gulla's online intellectual property and continuing education courses.
• By enrolling in a course, the student agrees to these terms.
2. Eligibility and Registration
• Students must meet any specified prerequisites for each course.
• Accurate and complete registration information is required.
• The provider reserves the right to refuse enrollment or terminate a student's access to a course for any breach of these terms.
3. Course Access and Content
• Courses are accessed online through The Laser Academy's learning platform.
• Course content is the intellectual property of Linda Gulla d/b/a/ The Laser Academy LLC and is provided for personal, non-commercial use only.
4. Payment and Refund Policy
• Fees for courses are due at the time of registration.
• The provider's refund policy for course withdrawals or cancellations is as follows: No Refunds on Courses or Books.
5. Course Completion and Certificate
• A certificate of completion will be issued upon successful completion of
each course.
• The criteria for successful completion includes passing assessments if
required, completing survey upon course completion if applicable.
6. User Conduct
• Students must conduct themselves in a respectful and professional manner in all interactions.
• Academic dishonesty, including plagiarism and cheating, will result in
disciplinary action and the individual will be unable to use or have access
to the LMS.
7. Privacy Policy
• The provider collects personal information for course registration and
communication purposes.
• This information will not be shared with third parties without the students'
consent, except as required by law.
8. Limitation of Liability
• The provider is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential
damages arising from the use of its services, including any unforeseeable
access, interruption, or delay in internet service.
• Any liability is limited to the amount paid for the course.
9. Changes to Terms and Conditions
• The provider reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at
any time.
• Continued use of the service after changes indicates acceptance of the
new terms.
10. Governing Law
• These terms are governed by the laws of the state of Georgia.
• Any disputes related to these terms will be through Med-Arb in the state
of Georgia. If mediation is unsuccessful and ends in an impasse, the
dispute immediately transitions to arbitration.
