It continues with ANSI Z136.3 national standards, which are recognized as law by OSHA through "Incorporation by Reference," and covers both the OSHA General Clause 1910 and OSHA State Approved Plans for implementing laser safety in the private sector.

This is the only laser safety course in the industry written by an aesthetic and laser expert witness. It discusses tort law, reveals the legal elements of malpractice cases, and identifies the standard of care required in the medical and laser industry, along with the accountability of business owners and practitioners under tort law.
